Offices at Herbert St Gladstone
The construction and development division of the group,
Hallmark Developments (Qld) Pty Ltd was the building arm behind several commercial
developments in the Brisbane metropolitan area. Some of the projects undertaken were:
Geebung
Various industrial and commercial office and
retail developments totalling some 16,000m2 constructed over the last decade for a total
cost of $7.5 million.
Tingalpa
An industrial complex which now accommodates Dindas Lew Australia. The office
area comprises some 500 m2 with attached warehouse of 4,500m2. The building was
constructed in 1997 for around $3.0 million.
Park Road
Regarded as one of Brisbane's most prestigious commercial and retail complexes, ONE PARK
ROAD was completed in 1993. The building comprises 14 retail shops on the ground floor
with a total of 2000 m2 of commercial office space on one floor above. The lettable areas
are built over one levels of car park which supplements additional parking facilities in
the rear ground floor part of the site. ONE PARK ROAD had a construction cost of $5
million.
Residences
Various residences were also constructed during the period with an emphasis on traditional
Queensland colonial designs
This experience in medium size commercial and industrial
development and ongoing management has provided the base for current building and
associated activities.
